A4 Framed 'A Genuine Piece Of Stage' from Boom Leeds, Millwright Street

Boom Leeds is part of Canalside Community Music Space, a registered non profit community interest company that on promotes and develops grassroots music. We're currently fundraising to develop our building, programmes and initiatives. We rely on fundraising to keep going, every purchase directly supports our work.

This is a genuine piece of the Boom Leeds stage, taken from our long-time home on Millwright Street (LS2 7QG). The final band to play on this stage was The Flex, on 30th March 2025, closing a powerful chapter in our history.

As part of our fundraising efforts to launch the new Boom Leeds venue inside Canalside Community Music Space, we’ve carefully cut and mounted sections of the old stage into custom frames—offering you a chance to own a tangible piece of Boom’s legacy.

Every purchase includes:

• A piece of Boom Leeds stage mounted on 350GSM card in an A4 frame. 
• A certificate of authenticity
• A printed copy of “To Whoever Comes Next”, a copy of the letter we left sealed in the walls of Millwright Street, capturing the spirit, culture and community impact of Boom over the years.

By purchasing one, you’re helping us complete Phase 1 of the new Boom Leeds and Canalside Community Music Space, and keeping the story alive for future generations.

Pricing

We want everyone to have the chance to own a piece of Boom history, so we’ve set the minimum price at the equivalent of one of our T-shirts. That said, many of you have told us you're happy to contribute more to support our fundraising efforts—and that means the world to us.

There’s absolutely no obligation to pay above the minimum price, but if you choose to, thank you. All purchases are supporting bringing the new Boom and Canalside Community Music Space to life.
